The driveway has space for up to three cars. Two well behaved dogs are welcome; we simply ask that they stay on the ground floor and out of the bedrooms.

Out of respect for our lovely neighbours, Peartrees has a strict no party and no event policy and is for normal residential stays only.

We really enjoyed the Stay

Everything as described and a very responsive host. Loved the Hot Tub and Pool Table. Great set of bedrooms too and everyone really enjoyed themselves . Conveniently located to Bournmouth which made it worth paying the price overall.

Boscombe - the creative heart of the coast

Boscombe is Bournemouth at its most cosmopolitan. Long a magnet for artists, makers and independent traders, the area hums with character: vintage emporiums and record shops sit alongside speciality coffee spots, street food from around the world and galleries tucked into unexpected corners. The historic Royal Arcade anchors a high street that rewards a slow wander, and there always seems to be something happening, from markets to live music. Down at the seafront, Boscombe Pier stretches out over golden sand, with paddleboarders and surfers making the most of the water and the promenade inviting long, flat strolls in either direction.

Southbourne - or SoBo, as the locals call it

A few minutes along the coast you'll find Southbourne, one of the area's most loved villages by the sea. SoBo has a real buzz of its own: its high street is lined with independent cafés, delis, bakeries and relaxed places to eat and drink, all with a friendly, unhurried feel. The beach here is quieter and backed by grassy cliff tops, and the walks are superb, whether you zigzag down to the sand or carry on towards the wild headland at Hengistbury Head for big skies and even bigger views.
