CHECK IN

  • DAY OF ARRIVAL

    On the day of arrival you will be sent an email and SMS to give you the key code to access the property. The key box can be found just to the left of the front door.

  • HOW TO FIND PEARTREES

    Peartrees is located in the sunny town of Bournemouth.

    The property address is 106 Shelley Road East, Bournemouth BH7 6HB.

  • PARKING THE CARS

    You will find parking for three cars on the driveway. Two cars easily fit on the main drive. One car can park on the front driveway - beware of the lamppost!

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Have a look round the house and through the cupboards to familiarise yourself with the contents of the property. The property should be spotless with clean bedding on the beds and clean towels in the cupboards.

The hot tub on changeover days will be there or thereabouts warm enough for you to jump straight in - but as we change the water on a regular basis - please do look at the temperature on the main panel left hand side - in Summer this is set to 37 degrees and Winter 38 degrees. If you find anything not to your satisfaction please inform us within the first 24-hours of arriving at the property and we'll be happy to make it right.

CHECK OUT

  • CHECK THE HOUSE

    It is so easy to leave something behind so ensure you have a good look round the property to make sure you have packed everything. If you do leave anything behind please contact the host immediately so they can rescue the items.

  • KEYS & WINDOWS

    It is really important to make sure you return the keys to the key safe. Please also make sure that all the windows are closed and that all other keys for the property are in the internal door to the relevant door that they open.

  • STANDARD RUBBISH

    Please empty the two bins under the counter in the kitchen. Place the general waste into the small bin with the black lid and the mixed recycling waste into the larger bin with blue lid. A small brown bin is also available for your food waste.

  • LIGHTS & ELECTRICALS

    Please ensure all lights and electrical equipment is switched off and that you have logged out of any personal accounts on devices such as Netflix or Xbox. Please ensure other than the dishwasher & fridge - all electrical appliances are turned off.

  • BEDDING & TOWELS

    If you have time, it would be amazing if you could leave the bedding and towels in the bathroom from the rooms you have used. Don’t worry if not though as our cleaning team can sort this when they arrive.

  • MOBILE PHONES & CHARGERS

    Leaving your mobile phone and charger can happen - so please make sure you take these with you on departure day. If you do leave anything behind, please contact the host immediately to ensure this is collected and removed before the next guests arrive.
