We have a few rules that you must abide by to ensure Peartrees is respected and loved during your stay. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in deductions from the deposit.

  • NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS

    It is absolutely essential that only guests that have been registered on the booking may stay in the property overnight.

  • SMOKE OUTSIDE

    Please only smoke in the garden and place your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided.

  • NOISE AND NEIGHBOURS

    Please respect our neighbours to avoid any issues, and keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm and inside the house.

  • FURRY FRIENDS

    We welcome furry friends but ask you keep them on the ground floor and do not take them upstairs or downstairs to the Cinema room.

  • POOL TABLE

    Drinks on or near the Pool Table equals potential spills. So please do not place drinks on or near the table to avoid the chance of spillages.

  • USING HOT TUB

    There are quite a few do's and don'ts for using the Hot Tub. Please see the full list here and do your utmost to stick to them.

  • LEAVING THE HOUSE

    Please ensure you always lock the doors and windows when leaving the house. We recommend you keep a key in the keysafe as well, to ensure you can always get in.

  • FIRE SAFETY

    Housed in the Utility Room you will find two fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. In the event of a serious fire, Call 999 and leave the house immediately.

  • BREAKAGES & SPILLS

    We would be grateful if you notify us with immediate effect of any breakages and spills so we can rectify this for your stay and future guests.
