Ok - so keeping it real you are on holiday and want to enjoy yourselves. But noise can become a major issue for our neighbours and impact your stay if they get unhappy.
Protecting your privacy is also super important to us and keeping our neighbours happy is too. Thus we have installed a Minut Noise Aware system to monitor the noise levels during your stay.

PRIVACY PROTECTED
It is very important to understand that the Minut Noise Aware system DOES NOT RECORD ANYTHING YOU SAY OR LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING - it just measures how noisy you are being. Unlike Alexa and other voice systems, the Minut sensors do not listen to anything you are saying.

NOISE SENSORS
There are two monitors installed. One in the Kitchen area and one outside by the hot tub. Please see the Hot Tub rules as we ask you only use this between 9am to 10pm to not annoy the neighbours (who are very close by). To find out more about the sensors see the Minut site.

NOISE DECIBELS
The system works by measuring the decibel levels of the noise in the house over the course of your stay, and if this exceeds the decibel levels we feel are acceptable at the different times of day, it will alert the host and notify the lead guest if you do become too noisy in the property to ask you politely to quieten down.
